Hi I’m Erin, your acupuncturist and women’s health educator.
I’m here to guide you back into balance and recenter on what matters most.
My approach
I am a doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine (DACM) with a focus on all things women’s health. My approach involves a whole body look at what is going on and getting to the root cause of the issue. I work with you and alongside you as YOU are just as important in this process as I am. You and your body are actually doing most of the work. I am here to listen and provide guidance as you work your way back to balance and health.
I teach cycle charting to women who are either looking for natural birth control, help conceiving, or who just want to learn more about her cycle. Learning to cycle chart is one of the most empowering experiences I have ever been through and I can’t wait to share the knowledge with you.

Laying down on the acupuncture table gives you the time and space to take a breath (maybe the first you have taken all day) and reconnect with your center, with your spirit, and to rise revitalized.
