In our work together, we focus on the foundational aspects of health and nutrition to help bring your body back into balance so it can function as it was designed to. The goal is to give your body what it needs to support healing, clarity, and sustainable energy in daily life.

We explore the 8 foundational categories of health: light, water, earth (minerals, grounding, microbiome), real food, breath, rest, movement, and fellowship.

The Steps

FREE CONSULT CALL

Hop on a free 15 minute consult call to see if we are a fit! Ask any questions you have about the process and we can see if labs will need to be ordered. It is helpful to get labs done first so we can get the most out of our initial call if you decide to work with me. A second consult call may be necessary to determine which labs need to be ordered.

OUR INITIAL CALL

After getting labs and all of the initial paperwork, I review everything and come to the table with a tentative plan. This call is longer as we go over any labs ordered and decide on our plan for moving forward together. This is the exciting part where you play just as much a role in deciding the plan as I do. I am here to support you and make this work for you.

FOLLOW UP CALLS

Follow up calls are usually shorter and are a good check in for us to see how everything is going. We will plan out how frequent these will be, whether you want more and less accountability from me. As you start feeling better, these calls become less and less until you are doing it all on your own!

This approach to care focuses on supporting your body through the foundations of health—simple, steady habits that allow your body to function and heal the way it was created to. Rather than chasing symptoms, we step back and look at the bigger picture of your health, creating space for true, lasting change.

A Foundational Approach to Health

In our work together, we focus on restoring and strengthening the core areas that support wellness. When these foundations are in place, the body is often able to respond, regulate, and heal more effectively.

The 8 foundational categories we work through include:

  • Light – supporting circadian rhythm, hormone balance, and energy

  • Water – hydration and mineral balance at a cellular level

  • Earth – grounding and supporting the microbiome

  • Real Food – nutrient-dense, whole foods that nourish and stabilize the body

  • Breath – nervous system regulation and oxygenation

  • Rest – sleep, restoration, and creating space for healing

  • Movement – building strength, circulation, and resilience

  • Fellowship – connection, community, and spiritual support

Each of these plays a unique role, and together they create a strong, supportive foundation for your health. All of this together is called the Genesis Prescription, created by my teacher Chelsea Blackbird. (See her blog post on this here).

What It Looks Like to Work Together

Our sessions are collaborative, personalized, and practical.

We’ll take time to understand your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. From there, we’ll create a plan that supports your body in a way that feels realistic and sustainable for your season of life.

This may include:

  • Nutrition and dietary guidance

  • Lifestyle and daily rhythm adjustments

  • Supplement education and support

  • Review and interpretation of labs such as bloodwork or hair tissue mineral analysis

  • Ongoing support and accountability as you implement changes

The goal is not perfection, but steady progress—helping you build habits that truly support how you feel day to day.

Faith as a Foundation

Your faith can be a meaningful part of this process.

Christian Health Coaching creates space to reconnect with God in your health journey—whether that’s through intention, prayer, reflection, or simply aligning your habits with the way your body was designed to function. This is always approached gently and personally, meeting you wherever you are.

A Complementary Approach to Care

Christian Health Coaching works well alongside acupuncture and other forms of care.

While acupuncture supports the body’s internal balance and regulation, CHP coaching focuses on the daily inputs that shape your health over time. Together, they offer a more complete and supportive approach.

This work is also designed to complement—not replace—your medical care. CHP services do not diagnose or treat medical conditions but instead support your overall health through education and lifestyle guidance.
